O.K. Check it out just a few quick updates and I gotta get cracking’ on my Monday “to do list”. Went way off my diet this weekend putting me back into the ‘ Fat Bastard” category! Sad to say but truth is the truth! Lets talk working out. Haven’t been to the gym either got a bump on my knee that looks like I’ve got another head growing from there and I don’t know what it is! Doc says it’s not bersitis,(or however you spell that), and it’s not the shin bone or knee cap! But it does have something to do with my tendons so I’m finishing a round of antibiotics and then I’ll get back to bein’ hot looking’! Ha!

Wednesdays May 25th Ahhh My triumphant return to Bel Posto,(yeah right!) but seriously I did miss being there last week! And I certainly hope it didn’t kill what little momentum we had going there! Friday May 27th The newly renovated Cool Fish in Syosset was back in form last Friday! Lotsa cool people, lotsa great food and of course great music! (516) 921-3250 or coolfish.com 7:30-11:30 Oh and it was on this night that the Mets won their only game of the subway series so it was an special night for sure! But then again their all special at Cool Fish baby!
Sat May 28th & Sunday May 29th Privatefrickinparties! In years past we’d be rocking the house at the Schooner but not this year! I will certainly miss all my beach friends and I wish you guys nothing but the best! I’ll stop overthrew soon to say hello to everybody! Happy Memorial Day to one and all!!
