O.K.! Monday morning and it’s not 40 degrees below zero, it’s not raining, I’d say it looks pretty good huh?Hey for those of you keeping score MY BASEMENT IS FINALLY DONE!!! The platforms are built and all my gear is on top of it! It only took a year huh?! Thank goodness mother nature decided not to come in my house during that year. Now my wife has gone through all that “stuff” that was in those boxes down there and threw most everything out. We’re planning to have a massive garage sale to get rid of the rest of it, then I have to organize my tools which is going to take at least 2 days probably more! Hey but we’re getting there man! All this so we can move on to the next project. It’s never ending and it can consume your life if you let it.
Now lets just take a moment to have a good ol’ fashion bitchfeast! What is the deal with these young people wearing’ their pants down by their ankles!! Why would they want to do that!! I think a better question is why does it bother me so much and I think the answer is because this “fashion statement” started in our prisons. The gay prisoners wear their pants like that to let everybody know that their gay and open for business! Ya know the being gay part doesn’t bother me it’s the prison part that does! This is the part of society that our young people choose to emulate!? When I was a kid I was Joe Kapp or Tommy Agee then a little later on Duane Allman! Parents please if you have teenagers and above puleeeezz don’t let them emulate our prisoners but rather our heros and there are plenty of them! PULL YA PANTS UP!!!!

Tuesday April 19th it’s “How Low Can You Go” night anybody wearing their pants down by their ankles gets a free drink!! LOL!!! Just kiddin it’s passover but the acoustic open mic at Jack Halyards in Oyster Bay will not be passed over by any means! Sunday April 24th IT’S EASTER SUNDAY HE HAS RISEN!!! For me it’s church then my Aunt Tony’s house for an easter egg hunt and a visit with my family and a few laughs along with a coupla’ good bottles of wine! I CAN’T WAIT!!!
