I\u2019m running an open mic at CAF\u00c9 AL DENTE at 62 South Street Oyster Bay NY 11771, (516) 922-2999\u00a0http:\/\/www.cafealdenteoysterbay.com<\/a>or\u00a0https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/category\/Puglia-Restaurant\/Cafe-Al-Dente-Oyster-Bay-193663314775869\/<\/a>for Facebook. Tonight! We have a very special Featured Artist. This guy has a heart the size of Texas and voice and original songs to match! He is an old friend of mine from KINDERFRICKINGARDEN! He is MIKE HEANEY! I\u2019ll go on at about 7 and play til the crowd gets there, then We\u2019ll bring up Mike to do his thing for an hour or so, then the open mic as usual! Talent from the ol\u2019 neighborhood!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we have another special Featured Artist! An friend of mine for many years! A voice as big as Canada and definitely something to say! She is known as Big Boss Lady and you\u2019ll see as soon as she starts singing! She is AMY DOWNS!! Get there early it will be crowded. I go on at 6:30 and play til like 7:45. Then we\u2019ll bring up Big Boss Lady and she\u2019ll rock the house for an hour or so, then we finish up at 9:30<\/p>\n\n\n\n
