First of All Happy Thanksgiving to one and all!! May we all be surrounded by a healthy family and lots of laughter!!!
\n Busy week end complete with a little car accident!! I\u2019m going to pick up Michael last Friday and I\u2019m sitting at a stop sign behind someone waiting to make the turn into the school yard when I glance at my rear view and see this Asian Lady looking down, bearing down, and not slowing down!! Sure enough\u2026\u2026..WHAM!! My change goes flyin\u2019 my hand sanitizer my chapstick all wind up in the back seat! Now the fun starts, we pull over, call the police and proceed to wait for the next 1 hour and 15 minutes for a cop to come so we can get an accident report. But apparently if nobody is hurt and your not blocking traffic you are NOT a priority in any way shape or form! So I can see this women is not hurt,(airbag went off) but she smashed her radiator and cannot sit in the car to stay warm soooooooo I invite her into my car to stay warm and I say, \u201cDo you have insurance?\u201d, she says \u201cYes\u201d me \u201cThen we don\u2019t have to fight, relax stay warm until the police get here\u201d. Awkward right? Yeah it was a stupid thing she did but at that point I couldn\u2019t undo it ya know?

Tuesday Nov. 25th of course we have the open mic at Jack Halyards! 62 South Street Oyster Bay NY 11771 (516) 922-2999 aaaaand we have a new address for the website jackhalyardstavern.com. I\u2019ll start at 7 and this week we do have a featured artist. It is non-other than 2 of our very own much loved regulars! A former student of mine and his slightly older brother, Joe & Mike the LaCourt Brothers Band!!! I\u2019ll go on at 7 play til like 8 and get the Lacourts up there about 8 or 8:15. Hey guys we waited a long time to get this duo so please do not miss it!!!<\/p>\n
Wednesday Nov. 26th Hey guys I\u2019m finally playing a place on the south shore!! 7-10 I\u2019m working at a place in Babylon Village called Molto Vino!! 45 Deer Park Ave. NY 11702 (631) 983-8915 or go to facebook.com\/molto.vino.5 . This place is definitely an upscale winebar with cheese platters, personalized pizzas and other appetizers to go with the most exotic wines that you can only get there!!! It\u2019s gonna be great! And if it goes well hopefully this will be a steady! Fingers crossed as you come out to support me!! O.K. You can uncross them when you go to drink your wine!!!<\/p>\n
