Lets have a mid-summer blog shall we? This weekend was San Diego type weather don’t ya think? Man that was a good weekend!
Well it’s time to officially check out the work that my electrician has done. I had a “inlet” installed on the side of my house and tied into the grid.So when we get hit with another hurricane and the power goes down, I wheel out my propane powered generator, shut the main off,(and the individual circut breakers), crank up my generator, plug it into the “inlet” and just turn on a few circuts, refrigerators a few lights, hot water, ya know the bare essentials.The problem is I haven’t check if the inlet is working correctly or not so I’m gonna check that out this Sunday. That’ll be fun for about 15 or 20 minutes but more importantly I won’t be paying LIPA for those few minutes! A small victory but one I have to mention!

There is a Featured Artist this week You know her, ya love her and once you’ve met her you think, “how did I ever survive without her” it’s …………………..(wait for it)……………………..ROSSANA SAN ANTONIO!!!! She’s got a set of music that will draw you in, make ya laugh and make ya cry!! At different times of course. I’ll start at 7, play til 8 or so ,then bring up Rossana. She’ll sing for an hour then we’ll do the open mic as usual!By the way this is Val’s birthday month so make sure you come down Tuesday to wish her a Happy! Saturday is the official Day I believe but like I say, we celerbrate all month baby!!
