Hope everybody had a Happy Easter! Mine rocked but first lemme tell ya about this bug I caught last week! Tuesday everything is fine, then Wednesday ……NOT!!!! Whole nine fever, sweats, chills which all peaked on Thursday afternoon. First of all you have to realize that I didn’t even get out of bed on Thursday! Not even to take a shower until 7 PM! I was knocked on my ass for the whole day! Which is why I didn’t go to work on Thursday night so I’m sorry to all the people at Jewel for that but I’m sure you understand I COULDN’T GET OUT OF BED IF I WANTED TOO!! And that was very weird for me. The funny thing is it started on Wednesday night and by Thursday , I think this bug ran its course, did it’s damage and moved on!! Leaving in it’s wake a mess of my stomach! I didn’t eat anything til Friday night!! I’m wasting away to nothing ova’ ere!!!
Anyway that sucked but I had a great weekend!! Saturday I went to see my beloved Aunt Tony and of course my cousin Jen and her family had a great barbecue for us!! Our first of the season!! Good Food Lots of laughs not too much wine because of my stomach but definitely lots of fun!!! And Sunday I went to my sister-in-laws house and bro-in-law Sal out did himself with dinner! Again good food lots of laughs and of course good company!! I know I had lots of good food but ya gotta realize I couldn’t eat that much of it because I was still recovering!! But I had a great time anyway!! Dramafree baby!!! Oh and the Mets finally…FINALLY Beat Atlanta Sunday night it only took them 14 innings or something like that to do it right! But hey a win is a win huh?
